Al Ain Zoo (“We” “Our” “Us”) hereby inform Customers (“You” “Your” “Their”) that all Online Tickets Purchasing Transactions (“Transaction”) shall be subject to our Terms & Conditions, as maybe amended from time solely by us, and You agree upon processing any Transaction through this website, to comply with the following terms and conditions.

• You confirm your eligibility to conduct this transaction and bind yourself to the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein.
• You are the owner or authorized person to use the Credit Card and complete the Transaction.
• Your online ticket shall be delivered to the email provided at the time of the purchase, and If it is not received, as such, you shall contact us at 800-ZOO (966).
• The purchased tickets online will remain valid for the date of the tour/activity only.
• Tickets must be used for personal use only.
• Your transaction may not be cancelled and the purchase price may not be refunded
• Credit card purchases will be charged in UAE Dirhams. No extra charges will be imposed on you except for the purchased transaction.
• You undertake to comply with the terms & conditions as applicable in the Zoo and understand that any violation may subject you to penalties.
• For reasons related to our internal operation, you may not enjoy access to the Zoo in specific times of the year. Therefore, you agree that you have checked the accessibility to the Zoo before completing this transaction and you understand that you have no right of refund if you purchase your Ticket within our time of closure.
• If the purchased tour/activity is cancelled for whatever reasons; then your transaction will be refunded only if the show is no longer available. Otherwise, a replacement voucher may be issued.
• Visitors may be requested to show a valid ID for age verification purposes.
• Your information will be used to share with you our latest offers and events
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages as a resulting from this transaction and, if We are found to be legally liable, you agree that the maximum liability you are entitled to shall not exceed the amounts paid for such transaction.
• Any Dispute related to the enforcement and implementation of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted by reference to the applicable laws in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi and shall be adjudicated before the courts of the City of Al Ain.
• You acknowledge the Safari Disclaimer that details to you the nature and risks of participating in tours/activities that take place in the Al Ain Safari Area

AFRICAN SAFARI VEHICLE TOUR/ACTIVITY DISCLAIMER

1. Guests/Visitors have been apprised about the Risks involved while participating in the ZAPIA African Safari Tour "Tour", and they have fully and completely understood the risks of this activity and other relevant activities "Activity".
2. Guests/Visitors will be exposed as a result of participating in the Activity, to the risks and dangers in or associated directly or indirectly with the Activity ("the Risks"), including but not limited to those Risks and dangers described in Clauses 5&6.
3. Guests/Visitors are obliged to exercise their own independent judgment in familiarizing themselves with the nature of the Risks and their consequences;
4. Guest/Visitors undertake to abide by and follow the rules, Regulations and Procedures as imposed by ZAPIA during the Tour and authorize ZAPIA to take all precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all Guests/Visitors.
5. ZAPIA African Safari vehicle will transverse over rough terrain, and the vehicle may become stuck, or turn over, or expose the Guest/Visitor to jolting or unexpected movement, which may directly/indirectly result in injury or death.
6. ZAPIA African Safari Vehicle will transverse through a man-made Safari area that is inhabited by potentially dangerous wildlife, including but not limited to rhino and lion and the Guest/Visitor risks being attacked by wild animals during the Safari drive resulting directly/indirectly in injury or death.
7. ZAPIA shall be entitled and authorized to reject admitting any Guest/Visitor into the Safari Vehicle, if for any reason it believes that the said Guest/Visitor may jeopardize the safety and security of the other Guests/Visitors in the Tour.
8. Guests/Visitors acknowledge that they enjoy the required health, fitness and good standing to take the Tour and that they are not suffering from any medical illness or disease that would affect their abilities while taking the Tour
9. Guests/Visitors undertake that they have the full capacity to take the Tour, and if they don’t, they understand ZAPIA has the right to reject their admission without their parental/Guardian escort/Acceptance.

By Accepting this Disclaimer, Guests/Visitors declare that he/she/they has/have read and understood the implication of the risks in him/her/their Tour and agree to be fully responsible for such decision and undertake to comply by and abide by ZAPIA Rules and Regulation and shall indemnify and keep ZAPIA and its employees, officers, representatives, agents and contractors harmless against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, expenses, costs, obligations or damages of any nature whatsoever arising out of or resulting from or relating directly or indirectly to the Guests/Visitors Gross Negligence and willful acts or omissions while taking the Tour.
